Well I got my paper ticket for West Ham after a trip to the box office on Friday afternoon, I was dealt with by a really lovely and helpful Lady who told me my re - printed ST had bee tested and sent out and should be with for me for the Newcastle game, as ninjamonkey did to the lad that served him, I told her I'd no doubt see her in a couple of weeks,
