Is Rooney playing then?

Surely Fergie will play him even if he's not 100% as this is a must win game for them. They have to win it, because if they draw, and later in the day Chelsea go to Spurs and win, Chelsea will have one hand on the title.

The ideal scenario would be ...we beat the scum and spuds draw with Chelski..

This would keep the scum in the race and make it vital they beat the spuds the following week when we play Aresenal.

nah, I'd rather we effectively ended their title challenge, because I fancy our chances against spurs in the run in.

-- Thu Apr 15, 2010 8:47 pm --

Yes. Good isn't it. Looks like we will finish somewhere between 4th and 7th. We'll be in Europe next season the only question is which competition.

Utd have 3 players I fear: Rooney, Evra and Berbatov. Must admit Nani is much improved as well. We've got just as many players who will worry them as well.

The scum need to keep fighting for 2nd or they will need to play a qualifier in CL next year instead of going straight to the group stage.
