Just said on SSN that they are going to table an offer to the Glazers at the end of the season as they are close to getting more financial backing but are still seeking investors..although the offer to be tabled will be huge it will be reduced as manyoo havent progressed in the champs league so their value has gone down....

Sounds a bit desperate to me.

It'd be interesting to see what they could actually spend if they got the scum, sounds to me like they're scraping the barrel for money as it is. I fail to see how anything would actually change..

The glazers have no need to sell, they just keep creaming money each year from the business and have no need to put any extra capital in themselves

Unless King Arthur and his Knights are gonna make an offer that makes them money then its a non-starter

Just some businessmen flexing their ego's in the city and nothing more.

Thats the good thing though..the Glazers (even if they want to sell) are not going to accept less than what they think is a good price...and that is probably far out of the red knights reach...

The Glazers aren't going to accept £750M as that'll just clear their debt and leave them with no income/profit.
With that in mind and the fact that the Glazers are milking in excess of £25M per annum out of the rags and also purchasing the business with the loans, I think any potential buyer would have to come up with at least £1.7 billion and then they have to invest into the squad.

Happy days
