Shining weren't scary. 2001 wasn't brilliant either. As soon as that Hal thing started getting mad and it all went a bit 70's-shit-shaky-screen-mad-music-that'll-scare-you on me I turned it off. I have teh attention span of a.......oooh a cookie

Not at all though it does suit a stoned ambience. I've seen it sober though and it blew me away. Drugs just make most things better i find!
