The simple truth...

It’s not that United are run bad, they are just not as competent as other clubs since Fergie left. He brought it all together. All the fans have been giddy when they have signed a player over us (Sanchez, Maguire, Fred etc). They haven’t had a manager in place to get the best out of the team and the fans have been struggling with the fact they barely compete anymore. This is what’s brought all this too a head. Neville has been disgraceful and how sky have allowed him the platform to spout his bile and basically incite the crowd into doing what happened yesterday is a joke. He’s happy for CEO’s to be replaced because he knows City have an excellent one and United dont. This would be the start of levelling the playing field again for them. He was still condoning the actions of the fans yesterday which was unbelievable. Imagine if any other set of fans had a game postponed because of their behaviour, he wouldn’t be full of praise, he would be asking for the opposition to be awarded the points.

I have no sympathy for them at all. Yes, it is cheeky as fuck that the Glazers cream money off United but their fans follow a club that has frozen seasoncard prices 10 out of the last 11 seasons, spends the most money on transfer fees, spends the most money on wages, brings in the highest revenues in football, have brought in two all-time great coaches since Ferguson left, and have won 12 trophies under the Glazer’s reign. That 12 would have been more n’all if it weren’t for City... but there’s the crux of it all; City!

They thought their piss taking would last forever, they thought all their songs about us would always be relevant, they thought that banner would continue to tick on... but it’s not turned out that way and they can’t handle it.

I’d kind of feel sympathy for them if United had done a 00s Leeds or 90s City under the Glazer’s reign. But if it weren’t for City, United would be winning the league this season. The Glazer’s have barely made a difference to United as a club, it’s just that there’s now a great deal more competition than when Ferguson was around. And just next door there’s an even better run club than they’ve ever been, who are spending their money more wisely, who have investing in a campus, bringing in an all-time great coach who is working well with the boardroom, who are playing the greatest football this country has ever seen, who are breaking all-time English football records, who are achieving things even they never have...

And that’s what their anger is all about. If City weren’t around and they were heading into the final part of the season 4 points clear of Leicester with a game in hand, these stupid Rag cunts would be loving it.

All I see when I see their green and yellow colours, are a bunch of green eyed monsters, who are the most insecure little idiots you could imagine, all because the noisy neighbours are #1.
Fir enough pal.

No way on gods earth will they have points docked. And just to make sure, there’s a media narrative of “peaceful protest” being bandied about this morning.
I tend to agree with you. Thats why I started with "if". "Peaceful protest" wonder if they have as a focal point the scarred policeman or the thugs kicking the door in. Anyway PLV its going to be an interesting day;-)

Good post apart from saying you'd have a bit of sympathy for them if they had done a '00s Leeds or a 90s Us'......Fuck them.

The propaganda version of events is in full flow today from the broadcasters and the press. You can imagine how this would have been reported if it was Leeds or Chelsea fans for example. Real football fans know the truth about the way their clubs are treated differently in the media.

I hope Neville and his billionaire Rag mates buy United if the wonderful Glazers sadly sell up.

And when the MIBS ask for 50+1 ownership of United, let's see what Neville does, knowing 50+1% of the billions it took to buy United goes to the fans for nothing.

The clause states that, in order to obtain a license to compete in the Bundesliga, a club must hold a majority of its own voting rights. The rule is designed to ensure that the club's members retain overall control, by way of owning 50% of shares, +1 share, protecting clubs from the influence of external investors.

Tbf, it's worked really well for Bayern. They should go for it.
