Neither here nor there.
So I'll be heading over to Manc next Friday, to watch a Smiths tribute act and a New Order tribute act. I'm quite looking forward to it, they both seem like quality bands after watching videos of them on Youtube. Just a heads up to anyone who's into either band. I think tickets are rougly a tenner, maybe a bit more, I'm not too sure though as my mate bought mine!
 
I've got a couple of tickets. Not sure what to expect really, will they play alternate songs or will one band do their set first?

The other Smiths tribute act 'The Smiths Indeed' are on at the Academy in April. Going to that too.

By the looks of it re:order will be on first, with The Smyths headlining.

Should be a good gig!
 
I'm mates with members of both bands. They are different bands, and both are excellent.

I'll be there.
 
Just thought I'd bump this to say that it was a great night, both bands were brilliant. Was a bit odd seeing "Bernard Sumner" play with "The Smiths".
 
You'll never beat the Clone Roses for quality tribute bands althought Right said frank are up there
