The time on my ex's alarm clock was set 30 minutes early so that, when the alram went off at 7.30 it was really only 7.00. She'd then get up and set the alarm for 8.00 meaning she was getting up at 7.30.
Then she'd reset it to go off at 7.30 the next day (which was 7am)
Wasn't worth asking why she didn't just get up at the proper 7.30 instead of getting out of bed every day and buggering about changing the alarm time.
