The Spiteful Nine

Looking at:

Arsenal, Liverpool, United, Chelsea, Tottenham, Leicester, Newcastle, Burnley.

With likely supporters:

Crystal Palace, Leeds, Fulham, Brighton, Aston Villa, West Ham.

Unsure:
Wolves, Southampton, West Brom, Everton.

Then you have us and Sheffield United.

So really, with the promotion of Fulham you're looking at that cohort being in the 14 club ballpark to put through some changes to suit their ideology. Atkinson was certainly favourable to them last night, plus Purslow's Villa getting kept up with Hawkeye magically not working against them.

Let's see if they test the water with some favourable changes once the meeting happens tomorrow.

Not every American owner of a Premier League club will share the same ideology as those of the usual suspects. That’s a lazy stereotype IMO. Look at Randy Lerner - he actually invested a fair bit in Villa and would’ve succeeded in getting top 4 if they hadn’t imploded so spectacularly in the 2008-09 season, an implosion which started with them drawing 2-2 at home to Stoke at the end of Feb ‘09 when they were 2 up with 5 minutes to go. Lerner was also their owner a few years later when - like City - they voted against implementing FFP in the Premier League.

I hate FFP as much as anyone, but can we please stop scapegoating Americans. These clubs would still seek to destroy us regardless of whether or not they had American owners. This is more about power than money.

Sorry but thats a very naive comment. The majority of these 8 are owned by whom ? Strange don`t you think or just a coincidence ?

Who put pressure on the P.L. to delay their decision?
We have had a lot of luck tbf and we need to up the pressure on the corrupt elements within the game.
The rest of the teams in the football pyramid are counting on us.
Liverpool have worked in the past with fair square who wrote to the pl about the toon buyout and HR abuses

Fair square is owned by a source of the WhatsApp group of journalists who have been at the heart of the attacks in city for the last couple of years

He also got kicked out of the UAE for apparently supporting a terrorist organisation

And Delaney is shilling for his pal again, wants McGeehan’s outfit to run the owners and directors test for English football

This afternoon confirmed to me that there is just ONE truly hateful club. I was sat in a beer garden with a fellow blue and we got chatting with a bloke at the next table who follows the one and only scum. The twat started by saying he was an admirer of KDB but that he should have signed for a proper club like United. We bit our lips but didn't bite. Five minutes later he came out with the classic "There are only 2 clubs with history in this country Utd & Liverpool and City were nothing before 2010" He was the sort of bloke who could have started a fight at a Quaker meeting. Never forget who the true enemy are.

and you let him chat shit like that? Someone you don’t even know....

Ive had many convo’s with rival fans but I’ve never had anyone talk such shite....you should have given him a little clip at the very least...

It's time our lawyers start to earn their money. These so called lawyers need to look at everything that's been either said or printed about us, since UEFA decided to charge us with breaking FFP. Especially anything that was said by aby of the employees of the hateful 8 clubs and their hangers on.

Now that CAS have found us not guilty, with the likes of Jurgen Klopp and others sticking their noses in our business. We need these lawyers to start taking these people to court. The one and only reason for this is that unless we do that, they will continue to say or print what ever they like.

What would the charge against Klopp be, "indecent teeth"

I suppose the freedom of speech element would be their argument back

Arsenal have just announced a raft of non-playing staff redundancies. Owned by a billionaire, paying a German £1M a month not to play, but dumping their workers on to the scrap heap and Liverpool shamelessly furloughing their staff doesn’t look great. When you then factor in the enormous amounts of money the Pottery Painters take out, there is a theme that emerges and it’s not a good one.

only too happy throwing their low paid staff under the redundancy bus when it suits as well
That’s not financially fair is it!!!
