a man who doesn't give a shit. forget all this shit about the charming man, this season he has turned this team into a joke
not beat a team near the top this season
3 seasons of only 3 wins in top four games
9 wins in 22 games since first five games of the season
tactically absolute clueless, the only man to make Liverpool look good in league games since klopp took over
all he will say I won the league cup and took you further in champions league bollocks
good chance we could end up Europa league and that is criminal with this squad
what he is doing tonight with them subs is a joke, he also lets players walk around like this, hes an embarrassment to our club
sack him now to save this season
 
all he had to do was bring demicheles on play three at the back, five in midfield and two up front, match them then in midfield
we always get over run in midfield, he is a fucking joke in big games
apart from when they play us and villa Liverpool have been shite this season
 
Overran in midfield from the start because Silva and Aguero don't track back, was noticeable in the first 10 minutes. So instead of regaining that control he does nothing, he proceeds eventually by taking off 2 midfielders for 2 strikers. One of the worse managerial performances i've ever seen (the players were also shite).

Wouldn't have made a difference. We were royally punked. No point whining about subs, when everyone and their mother was happy with the selections.
 
Fuck me just seen the interview with our so called "manager". In full denial mode.

He needs sacking tonight not at the end of the season.
 
Iheanacho on for Fernandinho killed the game for us. A baffling substitution.

Not Kelechi's fault, he should have come on instead of Bony, but taking him on for our best centre midfielder in a game where we losing the centre midfield battle was crazy.

One of the most bemusing subs i've ever seen. The most ridiculous thing about it was that Silva (who was fucking awful all game) went and played in central midfield alongside Fernando, who was completely left out to dry.

If were being honest we had probably lost at that point anyway, but it was fucking pathetic all the same.

Fernandinho was dreadful-poor lad was out on his feet from the start. Personally would have taken off Silva but very little option.
 
everything he did tonight was baffling. if he had any guts at all he would have fired kompany up top and brought mangala onto play at the back. He might have actually competed for the ball up front unlike Bony who was a complete waste of space, as per usual might I add. Iheanacho for Fern? god help us.

You really should stop slagging off bony, he was thrown out onto the wing at times when he is a target man. No supply to him whatsoever, what do you expect him to do? Take the ball, cross it and head it into the net himself, as well as organize the defense, take the throw ins and be in goal??!! Aguero, silva, zabba did no better than him today. If we disregard what players have given us in the past (as everyone does about yaya, despite every time not playing or playing in a wrong role we get hammered) then heavy words can be said for most of the team.
 
When Txiki was at Barcelona he knew Rijkaard had lost the dressing room but he perservered until the right man was available.

The hierarchy must know that this is absolutely unacceptable but won't do anything with Pep coming in.


It is honestly appalling how we have underachieved since we first won the title.

Why the fuck is he even called that? It suggests a level of knowledge and ability he simply doesn't have.

if pellegrini tells him to play out wide then he's even more clueless then i thought. We were getting overrun in midfield , we needed to bypass it and hit Bony but he never was where he was really needed. I'm sure some other manager might use him better but at this moment in time i don't see what he offers.
 
I feel really sorry for Sterling. He seems to be the scapegoat for everything that goes wrong on here. I thought he was probably our best attacking player in the first half. Bringing him off made no sense.

Pellegrini unfortunately has this hierachical system when it comes to selection and subs which means his favourites do not get hooked and that Bony is ahead of Kelechi in the pecking order I spite of the latter being a far better and more well rounded player.
 
All three subs were incredibly bad ones. Would have been better off not playing Sterling at all than playing him and hooking him at half time.

I respectfully disagree, it made perfect sense, he didn't contribute anything to the game. The guy was useless tonight. Not that he had it easy being public enemy no 1. Alway going to be tough for him. Compare his contribution to that of Navas ,another Mr scapegoat and you'll find he was not our best attacking player
