I respectfully disagree, it made perfect sense, he didn't contribute anything to the game. The guy was useless tonight. Not that he had it easy being public enemy no 1. Alway going to be tough for him. Compare his contribution to that of Navas ,another Mr scapegoat and you'll find he was not our best attacking player
Sterling was our best player in the first half. Didn't take much but he was beating his man and looked motivated. If anything was going to happen it was going to be via the space he created.
