The Sunday Roast

Just had pasta today, but yesterday had Baked Salmon with roast potatoes and assorted veg.

I'm a firm believer that high quality Salmon, cooked to perfection is one of the best foods on the planet.

Mate I just shared a pizza with my sister in the reception of Stockport Maternity Unit. My sister's been admitted to hospital, and the only beds they had spare were in that part of the hospital, she's not giving birth or owt.

So consider yourself lucky when you consider your surroundings when you ate your pizza!!! :o)

Lamb is indeed the sexiest of meat you can have in a roast dinner.

i agree, nicely cooked fish (not chippy fish, although that is nice) is very good. had spicy chicken (marinated by moi) mash and beans. very nice
