My butlers instruction is, 'leave the bag in'.
Saves her wasting at least 12 minutes a day standing idle and staring at tea.
 
Have been on an intermittent fast, only eating 3 hours each evening. It’s worked, but I’ve been having plenty of tea and cappuccino during the days to keep me going, only to find out milk drinks don’t give you the ‘full benefit’ of your fast and so apparently it needs to be only water or black tea or coffee.

So last 2 days had only green tea with lemon or black coffee during the day. The tea is bearable tbh, but having never drunk black coffee before its headache city.
 
What I can't understand with some tea drinkers is why they insist on cold milk for tea but hot milk for coffee. The Chay-lahn-deenay Bianchisti on one of our continental cycling trips would stump up at a cafe but Johnny Waiter would bring out a wee jug of warm milk, at which some members would huff 'n puff and ask for cold. It's warm milk when it's gone in the hot tea, I say??

Assam.
I've just got a packet of loose leaf Assam and I'm unsure as yet whether I like it. It seems all strength but no flavour.
