'The Tent' Munich..

Set off to Munich in a 7 seater Ford Galaxy on Sunday night, after a long 22 hour drive, arrived there at 8-00 with nowhere to stay. One of the lads mentioned this place, so thought we'd give it a go. Took about an hour of driving around Munich, using some great hand gestures and poor German to find, but we got there in the end. I have never seen anything like it when we walked in this place. Was like a refugee camp!.. Any other blues crashing on one of these bunk beds ??

I stayed there but we had our own tent outside. Cracking little place I thought.

stayed there last year for Salzburg - awful - freezing - not a wink of sleep!

They had that years ago in the early 80's when I first went to Munich, if it's still going they must make money out of it I suppose.
