If Arsenal draw today we can win it at home to Chelsea, even if they went to Forest and won.

We would be four points ahead and Arsenal would have one game remaining.

If Forest also do us a favour, the trophy will be at the side of the pitch on Sunday.

I’m not sure this is right Tolm? If they draw today we lead by 3 points. If we beat Chelsea it would be 6, Arsenal beat Forest it would be 3, not 4?

The goal difference would essentially mean four.

Technically will have won it if this happens, albeit we wouldn't get the trophy as it relies on us winning on goal difference
