They are a weird bunch but I always think its a bad decision for a manager to announce his departure part way through a season. I'm sure I will be corrected but I can't think of an example where it has gone well.

Really needed those results today as the remaining fixtures and, in particular, the lack of rest between high intensity matches means we desperately need a buffer to stand a good chance.
