I am (just about) right in what I said, within a point. Given we have a game in hand on two of them and are yet to play all 3 again. That would be the case when there weren’t three other teams with more points than us.

PicsIf that happens I'll come round and suck you off.
That will be our biggest win in our modern history.Especially if we won the majority of the 115 charges too 8-)
I think it would be a bit of a push if we win the next 23 games on the trotWe win the next 10 league games on the bounce we in with a shout[emoji16]
Deansgate will be nose to tail with hornsThat will be our biggest win in our modern history.
I cant wait for the anouncement.....Deansgate will be nose to tail with horn blowing cars
I have been away with work in India for 3 of the last 4 weeks meaning the last time I saw City live we were still on a long unbeaten streak, the 1-0 Southamption game - but I'm back in the ground tomorrow for the first time since - I'm hoping normal service will resume against the rags!
So true but we start tomorrow with a win and the next with a win?! Every single game we have lost drawn we have had enough chances to win draw at least! We ain't as bad as some think..
Haha you could even go on forums of relegated teams and they'll start talking about games that they should or could have won and chance to stay up. Or same for teams that miss out on top 4 or a title. That's football.
We're trailing because we've simply been very poor by our standards. Over the past couple of months.
Teams are going into games now with no fear of us for the first time in years.
I fully believe we'll get back on top, but not this season. We'll improve this season from how we're playing right now, but another title is a step too far for this squad now.
It really doesn't matter how you play, gotta score. All that counts in the end, the scoreline. You know we know why we been poor but we still been the better team in the majority of them had the chances to go in the lead first goals change games!
....but the door is now open a little wider IF we can get back on the rails.Haha you could even go on forums of relegated teams and they'll start talking about games that they should or could have won and chance to stay up. Or same for teams that miss out on top 4 or a title. That's football.

Continue playing like we are and top 4 won't even happen. I'm hopeful of a much better run of performances and results starting today even if there's not much indication of that at the moment. The reasons, excuses, situations that have caused our downturn this season have been discussed at length, but the fall away has been stark tbh. A few posters keep stating this was always going to happen now that it actually has, but funnily enough never mentioned it in the summer. Anyway we're better placed than most clubs to recover and go again so plenty to look forward to.Love the optimism, but I really don’t see any way back for us from here.
A win later would be lovely, but the league is gone IMO.
Based on the way we've been playing yeah top 4 is in doubt never mind the league. But if we can close the gap today with a confidence boosting derby win that could be the kick start to the season we need. Hopefully then keep the gap as is until January and who knows. Sign the right midfielder and get players back from injury and we're capable of going on a run. The teams above us haven't killed us off yet, as poor as we have been. Liverpool should be double figure points ahead of us and aren't, Arsenal have been poor, Chelsea inconsistent.Love the optimism, but I really don’t see any way back for us from here.

Decent article for once in the guardian on data analysis. We’re not playing tooooo bad according to the data. Although the only numbers that count are on the scoreboard it’s a bit of much needed positivity
