Fact is, United were dealing at £25m last season. A year older, a little more injury-prone.
You also have to factor in Tevez earns double what Wesley does at present...
City paid a lot more than £25m for Carlos - some rumours closer to £45m in total including fees.
I can believe that. We were desperate to make a statement.
I would assume whatever any fee, it would be undisclosed, but Carlos is valued at £50m this end.
Both clubs like to prove they got the better end of deals. Madrid could easily value Bezema, Ramos or Kaka at £30m apiece.
there are many factors that have to be considered , one of them is that inter can't get another big earner like tevez without get rid of their big earner eto'o.... so i can see tevez coming at inter only if eto'o go the opposite way.
another factor is the players will , as for as i know sneijder have got a deal with the rags where he hope to meet mourinho soon or late.
another factor , of course , is that City get the CL spot , in that case i wouldn't exclude names like julio cesar and maicon....
many many factors , as you sayd.
Eto'o missed the boat two seasons ago I think.
He stalled and stalled and the club were unimpressed. They offered him a fortune in wages and agreed a package.
But he used us to get to Inter. City hold the cards this time as we hold the primary commodity in any negotiations.
Real Madrid have played this game a long time, and there's no way they will not try to get rid of Kaka and Bezema.
