Interesting no-one's ever suggested Huddersfield Town in that list. It's a fair while ago now, but they do have three league titles to their credit which is more than most - and of course more than City for that matter. I have a bit of a soft spot for them anyway, as I used to go and watch them when I was at university (and had to try not to mention a certain result!).

Oh and by the way, they're 41 league games unbeaten at the moment, which is just "wow".

Agreed. The likes of Wigan, Bolton etc are in the premier league because they have earned their place there. It has fuck all to do with the size of their support. If the three ''sleeping giants''™ you mentioned are to get back in the PL, let them get their arses into gear and earn a spot by producing on the pitch. The fans they have will only do so much for them; the team has to produce.
