wow, blue-tinted specs out in force on here. we are talking about the best players in premier league history, a competition that united have won 11 times out of 18 and some claim none of their players are amongst the top 5. also the jokers claiming giggs is average need to have a word with themselves. he may have slowed up over the last couple of years but we're talking about 18 years of premier league football. would any of you turn your noses up at an identical player, aged 19, for city now?

The most successful player in player EVER in the EPL the most apperence's and won the most medal's.

Just for the record I think rat-boy was average at very best and IMHO is no better than Tony Hibbert and rat-boy junior is the better player.

Thank fuck, page 2 before someone mentioned Zola, and Bergkamp is a must too. I dont think you can discount Le Tiss either. Year after year he almost single handidly kept Southampton up.

Problem with Le Tiss is that he was only good up to about 96-97 which mean he only had 4 good seasons. Injuries were his problem but Owen probably would make this list if it wasnt for injuries
