The Treble Merchandise

How much have people paid for this shirt? Sure I signed up for something as part of seasoncard renewal but think that was some treble commemorative coin or something.
 
If you paid for one of these shirts from the club months ago, haven't got it, haven't received a dispatch email despite being told you'd get one last week, haven't received a response to an email asking why you hadn't had an email, have tried ringing the number for the webshop to hear a recorded message saying it's closed (despite being in opening hours) and then discovered you could just buy one online for the same price, you'd be really pissed off

I received an email saying would get delivery date around the 20th November, heard nowt since, have sent 2 emails to City asking for more info, still nowt. Looks like it's gonna be a trip down to the Etihad on Monday. Does anyone know where I need to go to try and sort it out??
 
I haven't ordered the shirt, but I did sign up for the commemorative gift the club offered to season card holders via sign-up ages ago. I got an email a while ago saying the delivery had been delayed (so delayed I'd completely forgotten I'd even ordered it). Does anyone know when these are supposed to arrive?

I did search my emails and can't find anything about them...

I'm currently in the 4th point of your list, waiting for the margin of 4 working days to end. I'll definitely try calling them if I get nothing. I'm gonna call from Spain so maybe I get different results...

Having got an original email from both City and UPS that it was out for delivery on 21st Nov, shirt has finally been delivered today in perfect condition

Like you, I'd received no updates as to when this would be delivered. However, I (politely!) contacted the webshop 2 days ago using the following link --> https://shop.mancity.com/en/contact.html

Lo and behold, I've just received an email to say it has shipped and is on the way :) That said, the more time it has spent sitting in the warehouse in Holland probably means it's been kicked around a bit more :(

The coins are supposed, allegedly, starting to be despatched W/C 11th December
