Will this be the last series does anyone know?
Also, is it just me who thinks that Carol is worth one?

She is filth. Wanted her out with her daughter.

Not read a single post on this thread, which makes posting kinda pointless.

But.

I finally got round to buying it last week and started watching last night, after 1 episode I was pretty much hooked, yet somehow undecided on it.

Also took me till then end of the the second episode to realease it wasn't tongue in cheek humour.

After 5 episodes I realised I had to be up for work 3 hours later so left it for the night.

Just a heads up, season 2 is quite slow but its worth watching for season 3.

It's not slow if you watch it all at once. That's what I did and I found season 2 better than season 1 and much better than season 3 with three episodes left.

Really? I thought it was going downhill a bit during season 2 and it picked up a lot for me in season 3.

Yeah I enjoyed season 2 but then I watched a few episodes at a time.

To be honest, with a week between episodes I'd find any/all shows fucking dull.

I'm currently watching Season 3 weekly and struggling as forty mins a week isn't enough for me.

Agree mate. I'm sorry but the acting and the dialogue just isn't enough to carry it. I find my self rooting for the zombies just to end them all more and more as the weeks go by

Yeah some of the acting can be terrible and you can tell it's adapted from a graphic novel as the dialogue at times is cringe inducing but it's mindless fun and I like it a bit!

Besides, they all manage to shave, get designer haircuts and wear make up, it's not that bad a life really?

I finished the first season last night.

In the final epsode there is the following dialogue (or close enough):

Doctor : “what is it you want?”

Grimes : “all I want is a chance!”

This (and similar cringe worthy moments) were the downfall for me.

I forked out £42 for season 1 & 2 on Blu Ray, if it wasn't for the fact I had already bought the second series I probably wouldn't watch it.

I'd put it on a par with Arrow at the minute, decent viewing but I wouldn't miss it if I couldn't finish them all.

I've been told, as someone previously mentioned, the 'graphic novels' (comics) are supposed to be brilliant.
