it's still a lovely town, mate,

alas, yeah, right now the unlikeable summer tourists are here,
but they bring money into the town for 2 or 3 months,
the locals make enough to see themselves through,
so that all the cafes, bars and music venues may stay open for the remaining months to keep us dossers happy.

the good thing about the weather is the women don't wear much either :)

Just wondering why different weather forecasters have such varying forecasts. On my phone’s weather app it’s apparently raining right now in Manchester. I’m sat outside and it’s not raining, and both Accuweather and BBC say currently 0% chance of rain. They’re all fucking guessing. Just say it’s always 50% chance of rain ffs

They all agree, the next week in the UK will be hot, hot, hot.
Incidently, the chances of rain in the UK are 16% on average each day.
Obviously, it much higher than that in Manchester or on bank holidays or when there is a test match.
