We've just got back from Orlando, where we visited Florida Mall, one of the main malls in the City.

We were walking past the Soccer shop and we happened to glance in.

Not far from the entrance, was a whole array of City stuff, including a rack of home shirts, a rack of away shirts and a rack of goalie's shirts.

Also, there were Mercer jackets, tracksuit tops and bottoms, shorts and two different T-shirts.

And to top it all off, there were only a couple of racks of last season's scum shirts (home and away) and one rack of children's home shirts. Not a single lumberjack shirt was to be seen.

It was fantastic to see and we were both really impressed.

Our colours probably played little or no part in ADUG's decision to buy our club, but what great colours we have.

Sky Blue is so marketable from a branding point of view. It's probably one of the reasons I decided to ignore the rest of my immediate family and become a City fan tbh.

The championship certainly did reach our shores, mostly thanks to ESPN over here. Ian Darke has kind of become an American hero after the WC US/Algeria match and is now the official commentator of our national team. During the season he and Steve McManaman do a couple of matches a week. They were fantastic in the QPR match and the highlights were rolling for the next couple of days.

As far as a shop in the States (in the South no less) selling gear, I would like to get a hold of them so I can stop paying extraordinary shipping fees on all of my gear from the shop

Still not quite caught on over on the west coast... went into a jersey shop in downtown vancouver a couple weeks ago, saw a Aguero City top hidden behind a row of Rag shirts.... they had an adbundance of 'chicharito' shirts, was quite sad.

This kind of makes sense. Half of the world supports the rags it seems but that means that the other half of the world hates them and the way City tore their hearts out this year probably made neutrals adopt them as their team.

I live in orlando, and have gone to that shop quite often just to check some of the MLS kits out as I am sounders fan as well, anyway they have been promoting city kits there since the 2010, last year they put them in the back room with all the top european sideswhere i usually put all the city kits in front of the scums, anyway hope you enjoyed your stay blue.

Dude, seems clear the Aguero shirts had almost sold out and they couldn't shift the Mushy Pea ones, eh?

We're having a good time, though we're a bit disappointed with the weather so far. Debby has a lot to answer for!

When we were over last November, there was a Kun Agüero 16 shirt right in the entrance.
