I live in orlando, and have gone to that shop quite often just to check some of the MLS kits out as I am sounders fan as well, anyway they have been promoting city kits there since the 2010, last year they put them in the back room with all the top european sideswhere i usually put all the city kits in front of the scums, anyway hope you enjoyed your stay blue.

Where in Orlando ? I'm in St. Cloud, we'll have to watch a game together sometime.

I am here til august 30, unless i can find a winter park HS position. But i am in winter park. There is dipper bar in downtown orlando that is pretty friendly ( for dippers), and when i am in sarasota there is a geordie bar called champions in which there are a few blues there, and quite blue friendly. If your really up for a good time there is a rag bar called king george (george best) and the banter is superb.

Still not quite caught on over on the west coast... went into a jersey shop in downtown vancouver a couple weeks ago, saw a Aguero City top hidden behind a row of Rag shirts.... they had an adbundance of 'chicharito' shirts, was quite sad.

Dude, seems clear the Aguero shirts had almost sold out and they couldn't shift the Mushy Pea ones, eh?

I do this with the footy cakes in Asda. Always check to see if we have six on display and they have one. Hasn't happened yet but I've got the iPhone handy!

Been wearing my city shirt whilst working in China/Thailand & India for the last few weeks and the best reception was in China ! While Thailand & India was swarming with depressed reds :) DHL run an advert on TV EVERY 10 MINUTES which has little to do with logistics and just shows a range of United players booting a golden (yellow) ball around !

BUT, one channel in India has CityTV program twice a week !

So our exposure is getting there but in the historically pro red areas of places like India & Thailand we have a long way to go.
i was in pattaya last week and quite a few thias had city shirts on, a lot more than usual, they have the city show on their as well.

Been travelling through Eastern Africa making my way south and I've seen a good amount of City shirts around, even if pretty remote areas. They love their footy over here and it seems City is definately becoming stronger here in the fanbase. Still heaps of Rags, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool fans as you\d expect. It feels very odd! A heap of locals try to trade me my city shorts and shirts and the work for local stuff hah, no deal what so ever!

Our colours probably played little or no part in ADUG's decision to buy our club, but what great colours we have.

Sky Blue is so marketable from a branding point of view. It's probably one of the reasons I decided to ignore the rest of my immediate family and become a City fan tbh.

I always thought we played in Cambridge blue, Sky blue being Coventrys colour. Although we do seem to be going down the sky blue marketing thing I don't think it is or should i say was our shade of blue.

Wait till next year. If we win the league and then change to our Nike kit we will have shirts in every Nike factory, outlet, tower or superstore throughout the World.

I'm in Turkey at the moment on my hols and am pleased to say we are represented here along with the rags, chelsea, arsenal and Liverpool, all the shirts are snide but was so happy to be able to choose a City ciggie lighter from those of the others clubs listed above. Small detail I know but significant.
Slowly, slowly catchy monkey.

I was in Kenya last week and when I wore my 'Why Always Me?' top, everyone of the locals and I mean everyone shouted it out to me and followed up with shouting Balotelli!!! that shot of him after the first derby goal really has travelled the world
