When you think how much has changed in the last 20 years, the changes could be considerable but in overall terms there will still be wars, inequality, technological advancements and the same old shite. I wonder how people will change day to day and whether technology takes over and people completely transform how they live their lives. Globalisation and the internet and email mean people can work or at least be contacted everywhere and anywhere. Maybe everyone works at home, or maybe people transform things back to square one.
I recently went to a conference where some IT type was talking about how backward it was that you have to book an appointment to see a GP then wait for results and then go to a chemist etc. He was talking about microchips that are swallowed and scan the body for any illness or disease and then send a signal to the doctor. All results are on an ipad etc. You can already control central heating, cars etc from apps. It could get out of hand. One security breach and someone could access anything and everything.
As long as there is comedy and football - beer and curry and the world isn't a flaming mess, it will be fine!
