Quite possibly, but my point remains.

Your postulation isn't necessarily a corollary of what I have advanced, and arguably far from it.

Eh?
I'm saying, in fewer words, that just because someone at some point in the next twenty years drops a bomb, it doesn't necessarily follow that this would lead to full-scale nuclear war, never mind the entire destruction of mankind.

It might not lead to all at nuclear war but I'll bet these twats an hour south of me are on the receiving end of a nuke one day.

in 20 years time i would like there to be world peace, a cure for cancer, a cure for dementia, a fair distribution of the world's wealth and i would like to read one of gdm's posts without the aid on an online dictionary.
i suspect i am going to be disappointed on all counts (and 20 years older) :-(

A victorious West. A reborn British empire rising from the ashes of the war. It will then enter a golden age that will last a thousand years.

I wonder if Bluemoon and other football forums will still be around, if so in what format?

Virtual, life like.

It will be full of organised boxing matches & orgies.

Yes, although rather than be 'dropped' its more likely to be 'delivered', which will itself present a retaliatory conundrum.
