Bill Paddington (I think) played Percy. Proper cnut, lived in Hazel Grove. Pushed his way to the front of queues giving it the " do you know who I am?" Yeah a two bob cnut from a shit TV show

Got to agree. The Bosch books are all great, but he is nothing like the character and is a poor actor anyway
