ok yeah. maybe that didn't sound how it was meant to.
what i meant is that i have yet to hear a new song with the same quality as disco pants. they were detailed, but instantly memorised because they were either funny or really catchy.
the new ones that keep getting passed about on here DO sound like skipping songs, no bite, no passion, no laughs. its like when the rags sing 'glory glory'. it means fcuk all to them, just a song that everyone else sings.
colin the king is probably my favorite song, and that was well before i was born, but it still gets everyone motivated and fired up.

I agree that many of the songs bandied about on here aren't simple enough or memorable enough.

But that one works in my opinion.

No more complicated than the "We don't need no Phil Scholari" which took off instantly last year.

I took a line out of that song which i liked! The problem with that song is it's Rob-bin-ho which isn't how you pronouce his name. It's still decent though.
