That just doesn't look like a tattoo to me.

Bear in mind the news broke less than a week ago, surely he'd still be scarred, bloody or whatever? Never had a tattoo done myself, but I'm guessing that for a week or two after, the skin's got scabs on it, bruising etc? For a tattoo that big, surely he'd have bruising at least?

Photoshop, the tattoo wouldn't heal that quick and he wouldn't get that done in 1 sitting and have it healed in a week. Plus it's too far to the left of his back, you'd get it done in the middle if you were having one

Thats clearly an American shop, as somebody has pointed out look at the truck in the reflection on the glass, another sign is we dont have stores that look like that over here, everything about it just looks american, we dont advertise with neon lights unless its a kebab shop.
