Can anyone give any update of roughly how big the queue is looking now. I can't get down until mid-afternoon.

Been trying on the phone, let's get in but then keep getting cut off once you think you are going to be in the queue to speak to someone. Finally got in and listening to the old "we apologise for the delay" msg repeatedly. Got to go out out soon so can't be waiting 20+mins.
