so fucking what!!! as long as these 'new fans' go to games, i couldnt care less. but if they dont then that pisses me off. however i would love to see us get full attendances even against the likes of wigan, wolves etc, and these newbies are the sort that will help fill the stadium up.

Can any Manchester City fans explain to me what it is to be a supporter of Manchester City? What can I expect as a hardcore fan?

Why is he a new fan? He's got a new hat granted, maybe the one with MCFC league champions was a bit tatty and he decided that he'd treat himself to a new one and donated the old one to the City museum.
