Idaho if all the gun deaths were suicides I might agree. You have a personal choice to ski or not you take the risk. You have no choice to get shot or not it's imposed on you.We've had three skiing deaths in the last month in one county, ban skiing for the public's safety!
If people were just honest and said I like guns, they are fun, they are my hobby, they make me fee manly, they make me feel safe, my desire to have guns and my right to have guns is more important than someone else's right to be safe from them then I could respect the opinion and honesty even if I disagreed.
Comparing it to anything else that kills even though that is not the purpose of the other event or item as a way to justify guns is silly and undermines the argument.
But for the sake of argument you shouldn't be able to force skiing on someone against there will and use skiing to kill another person
