I like the look of that Lichtenstein - forget who he plays for. Anyone throw some light on Lichtenstein?
Think of Zabaleta. Very similar player to him. Used to play wing back, but now plays full back. I think he is a good player, but is currently in the perfect situation.

As for Arnautovic I too have thought he looked good whenever I saw him at Bremen, but he also looked overweight. More often than not he would be on the bench for then, which I found odd. He is famous for his bad attitude and looking at his physique probably does not put enough into training.

Off the top of my head Werner and Meyer have not got much hype, but look like they are going to be stars.

Williams at Palace cannot get into our side, but if Everton were to buy him as a replacement for Barkley, I believe he would really shine.

Maybe not quite under the radar I thought the lad who scored Watford first on Saturday looked really good

Alonso from Sunderland.
Technically very accomplished and young LB. contrary to the commentary wankfest in the semi I did not think jizzyjazz got the better of him at all.
Hope he doesn't cause us too many probs in the cup final.

The young lad at Oldham, Tarkowski, gives me the impression he could play at the top level. Alas, he dances with the devil in terms of his leanings.

Thanks for that re: Arnautovic, very interesting. Saw him for the first time yesterday.

-- Mon Jan 27, 2014 9:51 pm --

that lad could be a right dickhead, but sometimes he was a funny dickhead and I appreciated that wink.

I loved Mario the first time i saw him in that remarkable City debut. Never any doubt about his potential. And the day he took the piss out of most of uniteds team, and Plug in particular, is one to cherish.
