I don't think black pudding is underrated its just misunderstood. As soon as people find out its made from pigs blood it puts them of it, even though its bloody lovely.
I tell you what is bloody lovely and massively underrated, savoury ducks. If you find a good butchers that does them right your in for one hell of a treat.
I could eat a load of them now.
Note: the butchers in Ashton city centre indoor market (before it burnt down) used to make some bloody lovely savoury ducks.
