Starbucks is an interesting one though, and I'd never thought of it before. Did they ever advertise, or just drop a branch on every corner and get it done?

I work for Sbux and don't have a clue why they don't advertise. Sometimes in papers but never on TV. Guess they really don't need to, it's cheaper for them to advertise in stores, you see one every 10 steps anyway!
