The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin. Though you can skip the series set in the commune; that was shite. The first two series though, were brilliant. Tony, David, CJ, Joan, Reggie's son-in law (can't remember his character name) with his weird wines, and his brother in law, always around on the cadge. Epic telly.

Saw him once in Kendals. He was on a break from filming Cracker at Granada. Seemed like a very nice guy.Coltraine was epic in it. Perfectly cast.

As a kid, if a GB side lost Jeux Sans Frontiers, I'd sulk as much as I would for a City or Warrington loss.

So they are..! There's a million channels now.
I tend to watch about 4 or 5 of them on and off..
Maybe I need to surf the rest of the channels a bit more and revisit my youth..!
