Things to do in Manchester

The National Football Museum,close to Victoria Station is a go to place for any football fan.

Central Library. Can look at the history of Manchester and lots of other stuff. Could be in there hours.

Dont forget to look up when wandering the streets. Fantastic buildings amongst all the glass and steel.

Get the first train out

Museum of illusions and football museum can kill an hour. But honestly its a shithole.

Sensible suggestions:
- Loads of great places to eat, drink and shop.
- The Library.
- Museums (football, science, war).
- Catch a show on the Opera or Palace theatre or Lowry (not unique to Manchester but some of the cast may be)

Joking. Some nice museuems, the city center is nice to wander around, the canal is nice to walk along. I like the transport museuem, really good. Lowry Gallery is good.
