the front wheel come off going round asda roundabout in ashton ;p

a Triumph TR7 I bought in '85- rusted to death and anything that could go wrong did go wrong - but it was a fanny magnet so I bought an MR2 - which was my best car

The Morris Ital

A jazzed (jizzed?) up Marina, which in itself was truly awful.

Anyone else noticed, with one exception, all the cars mentioned were made by that class car maker - British Leyland

Those who think the Allegro was the worst car ever in the UK have forgotten Ladas, Polski Fiats, Wartburgs and Zastavas. The worst of all was the Moskvich. The government actually banned these from being imported when it was dicovered that when it turned corners the front wheel rubbed against the brake pipes causing the brakes to fail.

Had a Morris Marina once, cost me £500 to buy ... and then at least that in ongoing repairs. 'King awful.

I also had a Morris Marina - first car I ever bought - 1977 1.8 SDL in Red - fortunately a blind van driver rear ended it on the A6 in Longsight and put me and it out of its misery
