I understand people having different tastes; I understand people having different opinions. What I do not understand are the trigger-happy accusations of "you must be a rag" or "you must be a wum" simply because not everyone blindly agrees with everything City does.

Liverpool have "the myth"; United have it too (although theirs is being hammered most pleasingly at the moment). Personally, I'd rather see City celebrate the unvarnished truth - because that is damn fine all on its own - than start down the road that ends with a book called "They Dared to Dream".
