This fella must want a job with showsec

Talking of which....got the bus into town for the first time in ages after Saturday's game. And it was the first time I have seen the new (to me) system of Sowsec marshalling the queues for the buses, using fences.

They were getting shed loads of grief, rightfully so with the piss poor organisation. Just wondered. Do they legally have any say on what happens on a public footpath, not inside the stadium? Surely only the police can manhandle people like I saw them doing?

they cant lay a finger on you inside or outside the ground so 'manhandle' could be asault they have no powers to give instructions in a public place and they cant arrest or detain anyone
