This is a problem we are going to have to get used to, a problem we have never had to deal with, and according to many United fans a problem that is not too exciting to watch. A problem of teams coming to COMS and not wanting or even trying to win. Teams parking the bus and rejoicing in a 0-0.
This problem will take us all as a club time to get used to and then over come. The sooner as a club we get used to teams parking the bus the better, is it Mancini being negative? No! Do people honestly think he was happy, wanted a 0-0 against Birmingham, no! It's easy to slate him for the removal of Tevez for Barry, but that wasn't a defensive move, or not as I see it, but a man putting his name, his reputation & his neck on the block in an attempt to try anything to get a goal. It would have been easy for him to leave Tevez on, but despite the backlash he must have known he would get Mancini still risked all for what he thought was best for the team. How many other managers would have had the balls to try this.
We need to stick by him and think of the long term picture, a man that signs 2 attacking full backs, Kolarov looked very impressive against Brum and Boateng is getting stronger and stronger and is only 21. Mancini also signed Silva who is awesome and no one in their right mind would sign Balotelli if they did not want attacking or exciting football, or didn't plan on playing him!
