I’ve been anxious a fuck for about 20 years and it got so bad a few months ago I even thought a lot about ending it just for some peace. Something clicked after that and I started just being kind to people and not thinking the worst of people - even @FantasyIreland ;))) If everyone in the world was 5% kinder than they are now, it’d sort 20% of the works problems. It’ll never happen but you can only hope and try and enjoy each days good things. I’ll certainly try and do my part

Getting rid of the Internet would be a good step (even though i love it). It was better before the Internet and social media.
