And how is the pitch in such a state. Super league hasn't started yet, has it? I know there's been a fair amount of rain this past 18 months (trust me; we're not in some little climate bubble over here; we get more than enough rain), but that is a fairly modern stadium so shirley they would have a fairly modern, state of the art drainage system installed when it was being built?

United have a beatable looking team out tonight with no Shrek, Rapist, Token Asian Shirt Seller, or Carrick but they haven't lost for 15 games and it's hard to see them losing a game like this.
