How come when one of our players commits a foul it seems to be an automatic booking and yet I've just seen Welbeck and Cleverly commit a couple of fouls in close proximity and yet not even a warning?
Cleverly's second was particularly a cheap shot and 'accidentally' raked his studs down Pozuelo's ankle

the referees don't face a sustained and vicious onslaught in the press for daring to book our players?

Not that this is really related to the game… other than the pitiful home support… but last time I came to England, I landed at Heathrow wearing my City scarf… the taxi driver asked me about my plans for the trip and I talked about traveling to see City at Fulham game while visiting my parents. Hernandes is tremendously unlikeable. Least favourite Mexican. Pulls funny faces, has an odd body and a very nondescript haircut. Even if he played for a proper club, he'd still be quite repellent. Doesn't seem to have any obvious ability apart from being an unattractive human.
