Weird game this. I've been both impressed and dismissive of both these sides regularly during the game.

hahaha. this kid liverpool have brought on has his shirt tucked in and then out a bit like the sunday league teams used to make you do when you were about 10

1. I hope he's better than Jay Spearing.
2. I really, really, really, hope he can just be himself and that he doesnt' HAVE TO BE "the next Gerrard" which won't do anyone any good.

I think that's harsh to be fair. 1 in 2 record for them. Not much a striker can do when his midfield is nonexistent.

I've always felt he was a lethal striker in small games. Like last week he makes a wonder goal. But this week he couldn't hit a barn door.

Did the same against us a season or two ago.

He wouldn't really fix their problems. They'd have been better off going all out for Schneiderlin or someone of his ilk. All flair no balls.
