The referee's have started appallingly this season. They have to review and revamp the whole system, from enforced rules, interpretations and penal systems (performance review). It's fucking embarrassing now.

So they aren't going to educate the officials about the new offside law then... That was a perfect example of how the new law SHOULD work... As blatant an example as you could wish to see.

Based on the new offside rule that goal shouldn't have stood. coutinho was clearly going for the ball.

Harsh on bournemouth they seemed to have learnt the new rule only to be denied by the linesman who didn't get the revised rulebook.

So Bournemouth have a perfectly good goal disallowed and Liverpool score a blatantly offside goal.

From what I've seen that's the first time it's come in to play and it's called wrong. Fucking useless.
