This weekends other Prem Games 01-Feb-02 Feb

Moyes - "But we should have been out of sight with the amount of opportunities we had today and we only have ourselves to blame."

Who is he kidding? They created barely anything all game.

What's a worldie ? Apparently they lost because of a defelected free kick and a worldie.
He thought they were the better side, oh well delusion is a misunderstood illness.

He explains it

Miguel Delaney ‏@MiguelDelaney

Moyes: "It was our downfall we didn't score from chances, but must have got to byline eight, nine times."

He thinks getting to the byline is creating a chance. Shows you how completely hopeless he is at this level.

This gets funnier by the week. Long may it last.

I am worried that it won't though now. Hard to see how despite their protestations about doing the right thing they can put up with a near 30% loss ratio and the loss of proper intimidation of officials - though to be fair they did get 7 minutes Fergie time today and still couldn't hit the fucking net despite a near £100m strike force on the pitch for fucks sake

best quote off sadcafe

"February 1st and our season boils down to hoping Januzaj wins YPOTY.

That's what Moyes has done to us."

so profetic

Saying he doesn't know what he has to do to win is properly shocking. It doesn't matter how he meant it, when you're overseeing the sort of decline he is coming out with it at all is a PR disaster.

Such a shame seeing Mata in a rag shirt too. Despite Chelsea's best efforts he never seemed to turn into one of their usual **** types, now he has to put up with it all again. Still hoping he has a no-CL clause and he'll be gone in the summer.

quite honestly i think everybody is overreacting. I'd be surprised if the Rags don't end the season very strong. Mata still fresh in the side and Rooney and RVP are just back from injury.... Give them one or two more weeks and they'll look like a completely different side. After a few good results they'll probably get some confidence back and all of their shitty players will start to play decent again

Did pisscan really say he was enjoying watching them this season? He must be squirming at his stupid appointment.

On the contrary. Pisscan wanted this to happen. The sly bastard knew Gollum would fuck up big time, now he can sit in the stands with a smug look on his pickled features as if to say to the Glazers: "Fuck with me, would you? I am ALWAYS in control".

That's right you keep thinking that it might come true.

There is absolutely fucking nothing to suggest this has the remotest chance of happening. But please, feel free to post more stuff like this because as it fills my blue heart with warmth.

From BBC Sport:

Manchester United manager David Moyes: "I don't know what we have to do to win.

"I thought we were extremely unlucky. We played well in difficult conditions but we have lost to one wicked deflection and one worldy.

"But we should have been out of sight with the amount of opportunities we had today and we only have ourselves to blame."

They have a manager that doesn't know what you have to do to win!

Shhhhhhhh don't tell him ;)
