the toons can get something in the early game, quite capable of a win but a draw will do, it would be nice with 4pts in it after today

Not a chance. Chelsea will destroy them the way both teams are playing at the moment.

Tread softly for you tread on our dreams..............................

If the loony Toons play out of their skins, and Chelsea have an "off day", then maybe a draw. Otherwise, no.

Some crucial games in the bottom half. If Hull don't get a win then Bruce could be out I reckon and Irvine's job doessn't look too secure. Pearson must be skating on thin ice but Lambert desperately needs 3 points. If QPR don't beat Burnley then 'Arry could be in the shit. And all this against the backdrop of Pulis being (presumably) available., a manager who is almost guaranteed to keep his team out of the bottom three. Which chairman bites the bullet first, sacks his manager and goes for Pulis? Anyone hanging on too long will miss out on a proven manager and the consequence may be terminal for their PL hopes. So I suspect we'll see the first sacking(s) this weekend/next week.

Arsenal aren't keen on playing at Stoke and West Ham v Swansea should be interesting. If the Hammers win then that seals them a top four place for the week as the rags and Southampton play each other. Hopefully Saints will rediscover their mojo for this.

Obviously we want a Newcastle win, unlikely as it may seem and let's hope that, after Wednesday, Sunderland have just postponed a fluky 1-0 win for a few days. Spurs should beat Palace but they should have beaten a few other teams and didn't.

Chavs and the moaning one both have shit records at St. James' Park, Newcastle to take at least a point imo.

Mourinho has never won at St James Park.

Inches away from Willian, Newcastle struggling but at least they haven't rolled over yet.
