There's no shaking off Arsenal at the moment but I think Chelsea might prove to be the bigger threat. They've got most of their tough away games out of the way wheareas Arsenal still have to go to Chelsea, Liverpool, Everton, and Spurs.

Yes but so have we got to go to 3 of the above 4 teams, 2 of which, them being Liverpool and Everton we hardly ever win at.

I know. Ours is the hardest looking run-in of all the challengers but Arsenal's is probably the 2nd hardest and the point I was making is that they've got it harder than Chelsea.
Chelsea also apparently close to signing Matic

I don't think I have ever seen Villa play so poorly. They have no belief in what their manager is trying to do
So they're with the rest of the world then...

Long way to go obviously but I can't help feeling that the slip ups at Cardiff, Villa and Sunderland and to an extent the late calamity at Stamford Bridge will cost us in the final reckoning.
To me it comes down to how we perform in the games at Arsenal, Tottenham, Liverpool, Everton and The Rags away which will define if we win it.
I know we also have Chelsea at home coming up.

Arsenal were very poor as well until a moment of quality from Wilshere, They could win this game in their sleep

If Villa somehow get a goal from somewhere it could yet liven up. First 20 mins or so I thought ths could end up in a draw because Arsenal hadn't made the keeper make a save, and then out of the blue they score

Retreating to your penalty area and surrendering possession is rubbish tactics. A couple of times Villa players have been on good breaks but no one gets up in support of them. Completely incomprehensible as to what Villa are trying to do

Let's hope so. At least Benteke looks up for it. ;-)

You obviously haven't watched them that much this season then! Up to Arsenals first goal I thought they were doing okay.
