This weekends other Prem Games 13/14 Sept 2014

Disappointing result for us. Burnley at home should in theory have been our easiest game of the season and we did have the chances to win it. At the same time when you give away a penalty in the last 10 you have to accept the draw. Not too impressed with the formation and certain key players like Jedinak have had a very poor start. Not sure why we have Doyle, but at least Williams is coming on. Guess I should be happy we are at of the relegation zone for the time being, but it is going to be a long and hard season. Luckily West Brom and Burnely don't look up to much either.

That was last season under Pulis when we defended well and were disciplined. I am not sure that's the case this season, though it's probably still an uncomfortable place to go with the fans, the small ground etc. I certainly hope you are right though.

villa sitting back now, hope it dont backfire
It will. The best way to defend a one goal lead is to make it a two goal lead. Trying to sit back for an entire half at Vigilfield, with the league champions from last season attacking that bastion of football knowledge known as The Kop™, is asking for trouble.

Very well done with that.
